TMT were beaten 2-1 at home by Banjul United in their week-six fixture game played at the Serrekunda East Mini-Stadium on Sunday.
Striker Mansour Mbye scored a brace for the city boys in the 34th and 59th minute of the match respectively.
TMT FC fought hard for an equaliser and scored one goal in the 88th minute of the match, which eventually proved to be a consolation for them thus the match ended 2-1 in favour of TMT FC.
The Banjul United now recorded their second victory of the season, while TMT FC suffered their third defeat of the season.
Banjul United under the guidance of Coach Sheikh Adama Joof now collected two wins, two draws and two defeats.
TMT FC under the leadership of Sanna Darboe registered only one win, two draws, and three defeats.
The win earns Banjul United 8th place on the country’s Elite League table with 8 points, leveling with BST Galaxy, Waa Banjul and Brikama United.
TMT FC now sit second-place from bottom on the First Division League table with 5 points, leveling with Greater Tomorrow.
