Both sides came into the match with the motive of beating each other to lift the West Coast Regional Third Division League trophy but regular time failed to produce a winner.
This pushed the match into post-match penalty shootouts, which ended 4-1 in favour of Baalor Sarr FC.
AS champions, Baalor Sarr went home with a giant trophy and a cash prize of D75, 000 while Sibanor United FC received D50, 000 as runners-up.
Baalor Sarr FC will now represent West Coast Region in The Gambia Football Federation (GFF) Division Two League promotion play-off matches.
The Faraba Banta based-club will play against teams from Banjul and Kanifing Municipality in the country’s Second Tier promotion play-off matches.
