Held at the Administrative Campus in Kanifing and championed by seasoned professionals, the training was centred on effective communication, organisational branding aimed at fostering collaboration between the ICMs and the University Relations Department.
The engagement exposed trainees, communication ministers and their deputies to pertinent communication dynamics and strategies which would enable them to deliver effectively and perform their roles in tandem with expectations.
Strengthening faculty-to-faculty initiative also formed part of the engagement's anticipated outcomes.
The facilitators included Amadou O. Bah, Mr Ebrima Sabally, Alieu Jarju and others from the UTG Relations Department.
