The event will explore the critical role SMEs play in driving innovation, job creation, and sustainable economic growth across the WAEMU region.
His Royal Highness Prince Sanyang has been specifically invited to speak at the Round Table discussion titled “Investing in Guinea-Bissau and WAEMU Countries,” scheduled for Friday, November 8. His presentation, “How to Transform Bubaque into a Tourist Hub Through its Airport,” will be a highlight of the event, showcasing innovative strategies for boosting tourism and regional economic development through infrastructure investments.
The WAEMU Banks and SMEs Fair has become a cornerstone for fostering cooperation, investment, and partnership opportunities across West Africa, with a particular focus this year on implementing the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) agreements to support and enhance the competitiveness of SMEs.
