His re-appointment, according to natives of his district did not come as a surprise to them.
Reacting, he thanked the government of The Gambia for his reappointment.
He also thanked people of his district for the support and well wishes.
Chief Jallow called on people of his district to come together and work for the “benefit of the district.”
According to him, the government alone cannot do it all but by people coming together and supporting the government, the country will develop.
He assured to treat all his people equally and execute his duties to the fullest without fear or favour.
