The documents included the Mbalit Project file, Photon agreement with Quantum Net, Quantum/Espace Motor documents, Photon invoice in relation to the Mbalit trucks, and correspondences of Agib, KMC and Espace. The documents were admitted in evidence.

Dr Alieu Keita, the director of finance of the KMC, also provided several documents, including his employment letter; the contract documents of the private companies hired for debt collection; yearly financial statements during his time; the ‘mbalit’ contracts’ documents; letters recommending for his suspension following the problem pertaining to the D12,000,000 taken from Agib; KMC contracts with some companies, including the debt recovery entities to collect debt on behalf of KMC; list of accounts for KMC and other accounts. They were all admitted in evidence.
