2 new deaths as 49 fresh covid-19 cases confirmed

The Gambia has recorded two new deaths and confirmed 49 new cases of covid-19, bringing the country’s total number of infections to 326 with eight deaths, health officials say on Monday.

It is reported that all the regions in the country have now recorded a case of covid-19 as community transmission has now become the order of the day.

People are therefore advised to adhere to guidelines given by the Health Ministry and World Health Organisation.
