Youth in Court for Criminal Trespass

One Emmanuel Sunday was recently arraigned before the Central River Region Travelling Magistrate Amadou Baldeh on a charge of criminal trespass.

He denied the charge.

According to the particulars of the offence, on or about14thJune 2008, at Kerewan Samba Sira village in Fulladu West District in Central River Region(CRR) South, the accused unlawfully entered into the compound of one Kadijatou Sam with the intent to intimidate and annoy her.

He was granted bail before the case was adjourned until 26thAugust 2008.

In another development, one Samba Baldeh was also brought before the Central River Region Travelling Magistrate Amadou Baldeh for breach of contract.
According to the particulars of the claim, the complainant Amadou Kebba is claiming from the defendant the sum of D13,000 for the construction of a three-bedroom house which he failed to honour.

The defendant denied the claim.

The case was then adjourned until 25thAugust 2008.
