Wallidan Basketball team will rub shoulders with Kanifing Basketball team in a group A re-scheduled game at the Serrekunda West Mini-stadium Basketball Lawn on Friday.
Wallidan won their opening two games against Manjai Boys, who they beat by 54 points to 14 before going further to beat Serrekunda East Basketball team by 41 to 29 points to maintain their hundred percent unbeaten records in the tournament.
Kanifing, who lost to Serrekunda East Basketball team by 43 points to 33 in the opening game of the tournament, bounced back in their second game registering a convincing 30 to 13 points victory over struggling side Manjai Boys.
Kanifing need a victory against Wallidan to secure a place in the semi-final stage and would hope Serrekunda East slip to Manjai Boys in the other encounter.
Manjai Boys, who continue to struggle, are yet to register a victory since the start of the tournament a fortnight ago.
