Volleyball Association AGM moved to Sunday

The annual general meeting (AGM) of the Gambia Volleyball Association (GVBA), scheduled for Saturday 5 March, has been shifted to Sunday 6 March 2011 to be held at the GNOC office, according to Musa Casa Taal, president of the association.

Taal said the GVBA has successfully completed its programmes for 2010, which set out the way for the year 2011.

The meeting was supposed to be held in December 2010 but could not hold due to “overlapping” activities the association was involved in.

Taal also said his association has fulfilled its activities with teams as well as its action plan for 2010, adding that the action plan for 2011 will be disclosed during the meeting.
