APRC
campaign manager Balla Garba Jahumpa, who is also the secretary general of the
party, has called on Gambians to massively vote for President Yahya Jammeh, to
ensure more development in The Gambia.
He
made this call at a meeting the APRC held on Tuesday in Sibanor, Bwiam, in the
Foni Bintang and Kansalar districts.
The
delegation was led by the campaign manager Bala Garba Jahumpa and Hon. Speaker
of the National Assembly, Abdoulie Bojang.
Both
meetings were attended by thousands of APRC supporters.
Mr
Jahumpa highlighted several development initiatives brought by the Jammeh
administration in its 22 years, while disclosing a list of upcoming projects to
be implemented in the not too distant future.
He
said President Jammeh’s development track record would inspire Gambians to vote
for him in the December 1 presidential poll, while describing him as a
charismatic leader.
He
called on Gambians, especially the young ones, to make use of the numerous
chances created by the government of the day, and cautioned them about what he
called misleading information circulated by detractors.
