Two arraigned for attempted felony

Alasana Baldeh and Alieu Bah were recently arraigned before Magistrate Jallow of the Kanifing Magistrates’ Court, for allegedly attempting to commit a felony.

They denied the charge, and the case was adjourned to 20 September, 2011.

According to the charge sheet on 10th September 2011, at Kanifing South in the Kanifing Municipality, Alasana Baldeh and Alieu Bah, jointly attempted to commit a felony, by entering into the complainant’s house through the window.

They were granted a court bail of D2,500 with a Gambian surety each, who must deposit an ID card.
