Modou Mbenga, Cherno Jallow and Abdouraman Jallow were last Monday arraigned before Magistrate B.O Jobe of the Bundung Magistrates' Court, charged with assault causing actual bodily harm. Both denied the charge.
According to the particulars of the alleged offence, on 28th January 2009, at New Jashwang, the accused persons willfully and unlawfully assaulted one Salimon Hydara by stabbing him on his chest, thereby causing him actual bodily harm.
The case was adjourned to 13th July 2009.
