When the case was called, the state represented by AM Yusuph said DPP Barkhum was the one presiding over the case but he had been busy at the court martial and the file was not with him.
In response, defence counsel L.S. Camara said that since the file was not with AM Yusuph there was nothing they could do about it.
The trial judge then adjourned the case till 3 March 2014.
