Last Wednesday show the resumption trial of Ousman Kujabi, Saikou Sidibeh and Sulayman Trawelly before the Brikama Magisttrates Court.
However the case could not proceed as the presiding Magistrate John Njie was said to be indisposed.
The trio where alleged to have conspired and obtained the sum of D967, 800 by false means which is contrary to the laws of The Gambia. Case resume on 24th July.
