Three men were yesterday arraigned at the Brikama Magistrates' Cour before Magistate Fred Foster on charges of stealing and conspiracy to commit a felony.
Alhagie Yaya Dibbasey pleaded guilty whilst his co-accused Saikou Darboe and Lamin Yarboe pleaded not guilty.
It is alleged that the accused persons on the 19th May 2009 conspired to steal 3,800 cement blocks valued at D30,800 the property of one Bakary Jadama of Busumbala village, Kombo North, Western Region.
Meanwhile the accused person are remanded in custody until the next adjourned date, 6th July 2009 for hearing.
