Theft suspect acquitted

[if gte mso 9]> Magistrate Jobarteh of the Kanifing Magistrates’ Court recently acquitted and discharged one Abdou Azziz Jarra on a charge of stealing from a dwelling house, after the prosecution failed to prove its case.

The charge sheet read in court stated that on 15 March 2015, at Kanifing Easte in the Kanifing Muincipality, he was alleged to have stolen from the house of one Fatoumatta Ceesay, gold jewelry valued at $15,000, the property of the said Fatoumatta Ceesay
