Teacher to know fate for putting student on family way

After accepting guilt for putting a school-girl on the family way, teacher Momodou Bah of Kerewan Upper Basic School will on May 12th go back to the Brikama Magistrates' Court for the determination of his fate.

Momodou Bah has on May 5th accepted his unprofessional act of impregnating a student following his court appearance and subsequent indictment on May 5th .

According to the prosecution, the student was a grade nine pupil and under the consent age.

Magistrate Edrisa Mbai will on Monday decide the outcome of the case.
