Justice
Edward. E. Ogar of the land and appeal division in the High Court in Banjul has
been appointed as the vacation judge for the Easter holiday as the superior
courts in the country proceeds on Easter vacation.
Justice E.E. Ogar would serve as the vacation judge until 26 April 2017 where he would entertain all miscellaneous applications and other matters.
The Easter vacation commenced on 13 April and will end on 26 April, whilst the second legal term will commence on 27 April 2017 pursuant to the court rules of The Gambia.
