Sport House Basketball Club defeated YMCA Basketball Club by 50 points to 34 points in Wednesday's Serrekunda West Basketball Competition.
Sport House were leading from the first quarter to the fourth quarter of the game.
In an interview with Pointsport shortly after the game, the Head Coach of Sport House, Yusupha Jobe said the results of his opening game of the competition came as a surprise, despite his best to prepare the team for the game.
According to Jobe "our next game is just going to be like a cut through a potato."
Muhammed Trawally, the captain of Sport House Basketball Club expressed delight at the victory.
Foday Singhateh, the Head Coach of YMCA said their defeat was due to hard luck, despite expecting a tough game from opponents, adding that they will prepare better for their next game.
