Gmo, a  Senegambian rapper, is currently in the country to release a ten-track album entitled: "Come Back" as well as to promote his music. GMO previously came out with a single entitled: "Get Down." The Album has both renowned Senegalese and Gambian artists, namely the famous Fafadi, Nix, Xuman, Daddy Bibson, Keyti, Mo Hawk and Ruggie.

According him, his album is all about positive hip-hop and an encouragement to his fans to pursue their aims in the right way. "It's all about fighting for what you want in the right way and that tough times never last, but tough people do," he said.

"I named this album 'Come Back', because I am back with new ideas, new flows and a new way of thinking."

Gmo was earlier invited by MTV African Awards, but couldn’t make it due to circumstances beyond his control. He had 100,000 visits less than a month in myspace.

Gmo would be playing the same day with Luciano, the famous Jamaican musician on the 26th of December 2009 at the Independence Stadium in Bakau.
