A school principal in one of the schools in Western Region
was arraigned on charges of homosexuality at the Brikama Magistrates' Court
yesterday.
Alimameh Dukureh was arraigned for allegedly having anal intercourse with some of his students at the school campus.

It will be recalled that two students from the same school have already pleaded guilty to charges of homosexuality when they were first arraigned at the Brikama Magistrates' Court. The duo told the court that it was the said school principal who inspired them to carry out such indecent practices on the school campus.
Meanwhile Mr. Dukureh has been granted a court bail in the sum of D25, 000, following a bail application made by the defence counsel, Borry Touray.
