Demba Savage’s HJK won JJK 3-6 to be crowned Finnish Champion on Saturday. The win has earned the Finnish giants 64 points and a record of four championship titles in a row.
The Gambia international, who moved to the Finnish giants this season from fellow Finnish club Honka, has completed a record of 12 goals in 30 league matches.
HJK which is said to be currently the most famous Finnish sports club in Europe has now a record of 16 league champions and 11 Suomen Cup titles to their back.
According to the club’s website www.hjk, mastery is again historic. Last year, the team took the league championship in the history of the highest point of difference, now, is historically champions fourth in a row. This year’s team is the first in the history of Finland which has reached the same.
The side has also booked for a place in the European champion’s league.
