Samger Coach hails players

After his side's 3-1 victory over Gambia Football Association (GFA) First Division strugglers Seaview FC in the Week Thirteen fixtures at the Box Bar Mini-stadium in Brikama over the weekend.

The Head Coach of Academy boys Samger Jane Joof, has applauded his players for their spectacular performance against Hotel Seaview FC that had improved their position in the league standing.

The Academy boys, who have always been known to be playing as a team made the best use of their limited goal scoring opportunities to sweep home all the three points needed during the cracker.

Jane Joof said "the boys need to be commended for working hard and commitment during the game. We will do everything possible to maintain composure as the league games progress."

Ahead of their next clash against Hawks on Sunday at the Brikama Mini-stadium, Coach Joof could not hide his first priority of maintaining his team in the First Division, and if chances come on their way they will go in for the league title. He said that they will prepare well for their Week Fourteen encounter with Hawks.

"As you all know that Hawks are struggling since the start of the league, but despite they are struggling we will give them full respect and we will come all out for victory at the end of the game," Coach Joof concluded.
