Nyima Sanneh of the Brikama Magistrates’ Court Wednesday transferred a rape
case involving one Alieu Bah to the High Court for trial.
According to the particulars of offence on 4 August 2014, in a village in the West Coast Region, the accused, Alieu Bah, unlawfully had carnal knowledge of an underage girl without her consent and thereby committed an offence.
