The community of Kerr Daykodeh in the Lower Nuimi District of the North Bank Region is in dire need of a generator and public address system for its new mosque.
Speaking to the Point Newspaper, one Amadou Bah, a concerned citizen said the community is big, and as a result when they call for prayers those from distance places do no hear the summon. He appealed to the philanthropists and Islamic organisations to come to their aid.
"Anyone who helps us with this problem of ours you are indeed promoting Islam," he said.
