The finals
of the Under-17 tournament organized by the Ndofan Sports Committee, and
sponsored by Alagie Mbye, a customs officer at the Gambia Ports Authority, will
be played on Saturday 10th January 2015 at the Biri-Biri Mini Stadium in Ndofan
village in the Lower Niumi District of the North Bank Region.
The much-anticipated finals will see Barcelona FC of Ndofan Village take on Turka United of Kerr Jatta village.
Barcelona FC of Ndofan village made it to the finals after beating Berending FC in a post-match penalty shootout following a 1-all draw in regulation time.
Turka United of Kerr Jatta village also sailed to the finals after overcoming Kerr Wally FC in penalty kicks in the semi-finals game played at the Biri-Biri mini stadium.
The final is expected to be graced by top football dignitaries.
