Magistrate Court presided over by Senior Magistrate Sainabou Wadda Ceesay on
Wednesday convicted and sentence one Alagie Darboe to six months imprisonment
without any option of fine.
According to statement of offence, count one - office breaking in the month of August 2008, Alagie Darboe was found at NaNA office with intent to commit felony.
The particulars of offence state that the accused on or about the month of August and November 2008 at the office of NaNA unlawfully broke in the office of NaNA with intent to commit felony with stealing.
Count 2 statement of offence committed stealing contrary to section 252 of the criminal code.
According to the particulars of offence on count 2, the accused on the same day and place having unlawfully broke into the office of NaNA, stole the following items: LCD projector, a printer, a stabilizer, radio tape, calculator, flash drive, digital camera, packet of glass cleaner, Jamano set and laptop all property of NaNA altogether valued at D89, 050.
The IGP was represented by first class 319 Daddy Jobe.
