The Ministry of Youth and Sports is organizing its first edition of the youth and sports summer camp to be held from 25 August to 5 September 2012 at the Independence Stadium’s Friendship Hostel in Bakau.
The target age for the summer camp is 10 to 15 years, according to the organizers, who said the requirement to be eligible for the camp is producing a passport photo and a registration fee of D300.
Each region of the 7 regions of The Gambia should register 10 participants each and the rest of the 30 who wants to participate can contact the Department of Youth and Sports at the Independence Stadium in Bakau, the ministry says, adding that interested participants can also contact the following numbers: 9905009 or 4496385.
