Magistrate Abeke of the Kanifing Magistrates’ Court yesterday adjourned the motor vehicle case involving one Omar Keita, a Senegalese national.
According to the particulars of offence, Omar Keita, in February 2013, at Kotu, in the Kanifing Municipality, stole a motor vehicle with registration number BJL 0882G, marked Peugeot 405 white colour private valued at D80,000, being the property of one Saihou Secka.
He admitted to the charge and was remanded till the next adjourned date.
The case was then adjourned till 29 April 2013, for facts.
