Drammeh was arraigned before the court and charged with stealing from a person, which he admitted doing.
The charge sheet read in court stated that on 18 October 2014, at Westfield in the Kanifing Municipality, he stole from one Oulder Saidy a mobile phone marked Samsung galaxy valued at D25,000 and thereby committed an offence.
The court also ordered the mobile phone to be returned to the owner.
