Magistrate S. Conteh of the Kanifing Magistrates’ Court yesterday convicted and sentenced one Foday Jaiteh to three months in prison for the offence of threatening violence.
According to the particulars of offence, on 26 August 2012 at Sanchaba Sulay Jobe in the Kanifing Municipality, the convicted person, Foday Jaiteh, with intent to intimidate, insulted or annoyed one Pa Hassan Jobe, the alkalo of Sanchaba Sulay Jobe and Buba Faal, threatened to kill them with a knife.
