Man gets 3 months for attempting to commit felony

Magistrate Bojang of the Kanifing Magistrates’ Court recently convicted and sentenced one Ebrima Ceesay to a mandatory jail-term of three months imprisonment, after he found him guilty of attempting to commit a felony.

The charge sheet read in court stated that on 7 January 2015, at Kololi in the Kanifing Municipality, the accused with two others, now at large, attempted to commit a felony by breaking into one Muhammed Ceesay’s car.
