One Lamin Ceesay was Thursday arraigned before Magistrate Jeng of the Brikama Magistrates’ Court, charged with making documents without authority.
He admitted to the charge and was fined D5,000 in default to serve six months in prison.
The particulars of offence stated that the accused, Lamin Ceesay, in 2012, at Brikama, West Coast Region, without authority or excuse, altered and removed the name of one Isatou Fatty from plot N. 123 and inserted the name of Fatoumatta Barrow.
