Man charged with threaten to kill

One Muhammed Sallah, a resident of Bakoteh, was on 30th March 2010, arraigned at the Bundung Magistrates' Court for threatening to kill. 

According to the particulars of offence, on 23rd March 2010, at Bakoteh Village, the accused, Muhammmed Sallah threatened to kill one Nyima Jammeh.

Meanwhile, the accused who pleaded not guilty to the charge was granted a court bail in the sum of D1500, with a Gambian surety.
