One Lamin S. Demba was recently arraigned at the Kanifing Magistrates’ Court, charged with stealing.
He denied the charge and was granted a court bail of D20,000 with one Gambian surety.
The case was then adjourned till 8 February 2012.
According to the particulars of offence, the accused, Lamin S. Demba, in August 2011, in the Kanifing Municipality, by virtue of his employment as a cashier of Mr Fix Money Exchange Bureau in Cape Point Branch, allegedly stole D122,560, being the property of the said bureau and thereby committed an offence.
