One Sheriff Colley, a resident of Faji-kunda, was recently arraigned at the Bundung Magistrates’ Court, charged with stealing from a dwelling house.
According to the particulars of offence, on 17 December 2011, at Faji Kunda, the accused, Sheriff Colley, allegedly stole one television set valued at D1,000 from the dwelling house of one Ebrima Ceesay.
He denied the charge and was granted court bail of D2,000 with one Gambia surety of a valid ID card.
