A man called Amadou Bah was Wednesday arraigned before Magistrate Foster of the Brikama Magistrates’ Court, charged with criminal trespass and going armed in public.

The charge sheet on count two indicated that on the same day and at the same place, he was found armed with a cutlass in a public place.
He denied the charges and was granted court bail of D12,000 with a Gambian surety who must deposit an ID card and swear to an affidavit of means.
Hearing was adjourned till 3 June 2013.
