A man identified as Saikou Touray was on Monday 11th January 2010 arraigned at the Kanifing Magistrates' Court charged with stealing.

The prosecutor added that after receiving the complaint, the complainant was accompanied by a police officer, who arrested the accused.
He said the accused was later cautioned and charged with the offence.
Meanwhile, the accused was granted a court bail in the sum of D20,000 with one Gambian surety.
The case was adjourned to 18th January 2010.
