The appeal case filed by Lawyer L.K. Mboge, slated for hearing on 16 March 2012 at the Special Criminal Court in Banjul, could not proceed, as the trial judge was reported to be at the State House to submit their report on the fertilizer commission.
Hearing of the case was then scheduled for today.
It would be recalled that lawyer Mboge was convicted and sentenced by the Banjul Magistrate’s Court to two-year imprisonment with hard labour, for making a false document and for false swearing, among others.
