Kombo South District tourney to resume soon

Actions are set to resume in the 2015 Kombo South district tournament soon following the completion of the month of Ramadan.

As part of the final round of matches, Mamuda will play away to Batokunku in group A at the Batokunku football field.

Batokunku are currently occupying bottom place in group A with 3 points in five games after drawing three games and drew two.

Mamuda are topping group A with 9 points in five games after snatching two victories and three draws and are also unbeaten in the championship.

Tanji will host Nyofelleh in the other group A tie at the Tanji football field. Tanji are second spot in group A with 7 points in five outings after securing two victories, one draw and one defeat.

Nyofelleh are 3rd place in group A with 6 points in five games after gripping one victory, three draws and one defeat in their previous games.

Reigning champions Sifoe will welcome Kartong in group B at the Sifoe football field. Sifoe are rooted at the bottom in group B with 2 points in five outings after grabbing two draws and lose three in their previous games.

Kartong are second place in group B with 8 points in five games after grabbing two victories, two draws and one defeat in their previous games.

Berending will rub shoulders with debutants Pacholing in the other group B game at the Berending football field.

Berending are leading group B with 11 points in five games after snatching three victories and two draws in their previous games.

Jambanjelly will meet Gunjur Kunkujang in group C at the Jambanjelly football field.

Jambanjelly are second spot in group 9 points in five games after securing two wins and three draws in their previous games.

Gunjur Kunkujang are languishing at the bottom in group C with a single point in five games after losing four games and drawing one in their previous outings.

Banyaka will battle it out with Tujereng in the other group C game at the Banyaka football field. Banyaka are 3rd place in group C with 5 points in five games after one win, two draws and two defeats in their previous games.

Tujereng are topping group C with 11 points in five games after securing three victories and two draws and are also unbeaten in their previous games.
