In East Nawetan: Nguma FC register 2nd win

Nguma FC on15 September 2013 beat Culture FC by a goal to nil to register their second consecutive win in a game played at the Serrekunda East Mini Stadium in the ongoing Serrekunda East Sports Development Organisation (SESDO) Nawetan competition.

Patrick Sylva scored the only goal of the game for Nguma FC in the 60th minute of play from a superb drive to give his side maximum 6 points in two encounters.

Culture FC are yet managing a single point in two games.

Speaking to Pointsports shortly after the game, Bubacarr Nyabally, head coach of Nguma FC, said they knew the game was not going to be easy even though Culture FC had never defeated Nguma FC in the history of the club.

Their objective this season is to lift a trophy, he said, adding that he has good players.

Their target is to collect maximum nine points from the group stage, he added, saying they will take their final group game seriously.

Nyabally thanked everyone that is behind the team, while calling on the fans to rally behind the club.

Meanwhile, Old Hands FC will lock horns with Hannover FC today 17 September 2013.

Maccassa FC will battle it out with Bantaba FC on Wednesday 18 September 2013 at the Serrekunda East Mini Stadium.
