She told Entertainment and Lifestyle on 6 January 2014 that she had released three singles, namely ‘Where did you go’, ‘You got me’ and ‘Dream’, all available online.
The budding star is currently working on EP to promote her music as she prepares to work on her debut album.
“I got the inspiration when I was a child and being part of church choir singing,” Mbarr, who started her music career in 2013, said. “My parents were very supportive of me in my early ages and now my mum is paying all my recording bills.”
Having performed in Sweden, England and on other international stages, the young Gambian star said she collaborated with a singer called Shemaiha from USA in her ‘Dream’ single.
While in The Gambia, she is open to bookings, and expects collaboration with Gambian artistes, which can be facilitated through her management team.
Ms Faal, 19, was born in Sweden to a Gambian and a Swedish. She attended Skalltorpsskolan High School where she studied personal style and design.
She is working extremely hard to make her name at the international musical scene.
