Harris Supermarket on 9th April 2010 dragged Open Door International Trading before the Kanifing Magistrates' Court for goods collected by the defendant on credit, which the defendant fails to pay.

The defendant was absent when the case was mentioned.

According to the plaintiff's claim, the defendant took goods on credit to the tune of D6, 765 from the plaintiff.

The plaintiff further claimed that the defendant in trying to settle the said amount had issued a dishonoured cheque to the plaintiff.

Several demands, according to the plaintiff, were made to recover the said sum but to no avail.

The case that was presided over by Magistrate Mam Harry Nying was adjourned to 20th April 2010 for hearing.
