Mr. Cham, who doubles as a bureau member of the GNOC, will serve as liaison officer between the GNOC and the Local Organising Committee (LOC) of the Rio 2016 Olympic Games.
As CDM, Mr. Cham will also be coordinating all the games protocol on behalf of the National Olympic Committee.
The Olympics Games will be held from 5th to 21st August 2016 in Rio, Brazil.
