The week twelve fixtures in the ongoing GFA division one [1] league championship, continue in a dramatic fashion in 3 different venues. Gamtel edged past Steve Biko 1-0 in a well attended game at the Brikama mini-stadium on Sunday. Gamtel striker Kaba Jobe, scored the only goal of the game with a brilliant finish following a clever cross from Lamin Darboe in the 61st minute.

The Bakau giants paid the price for their failure to welcome their U17 players who just returned from the African U-17 cadet championship while star striker Assan Jatta is serving a Two match suspension due to the red-card he received during Biko's 1-0 lost to Real-de-Banjul in the first round.

Other game in the league saw Samger defeated Seaview 1-0 with Lamin Samateh scoring Samger's only goal of the game in the 54th minute at the Serrekunda-east-mini- stadium.

The Hotel club put up a good fight but all their brilliant attacking options and dominance the midway through the second period was not good enough to earn them a happy moment.

Armed forces continue their superb form with another impressive 2-0 victory over their closest rivals Bakau United, at the Manjai Football on Sunday.

Bakau United Star striker Pa Amadou Gai, Alias Daddy, left the country for the Canada where he signed for Montreal FC .
