Current league leaders Wallidan beat Tallinding United 3-2 in the Gambia Football Association second division league in the week-thirteen fixtures played at the Banjul Mini Stadium on Friday.
Second-placed Banjul lost to relegation threatened KGI FC 1-0 at the Father Gough Sports Complex in Manjai Kunda and Serrekunda East also beat Lamin United on the same score-line at the Serrekunda East Mini Stadium.
Elsewhere, Bombada United bounced back after thrashing Sait Matty 3-1 at the Brikama Mini Stadium on the same day.
Wallidan are still leading the race with 28 points in thirteen games. Banjul United and Bombada United are 2nd and 3rd positions respectively with 21 points each in thirteen games. Sait Matty are 4th with 18 points in thirteen games.
Serrekunda United are 5th with 17 points in twelve games with a game in hand against Latrikunda United.
Serrekunda East are 6th with 14 points in thirteen games and KGI FC are 7th with 13 points in thirteen games.
Latrikunda United, Tallinding United and Lamin United are 8th, 9th and 10th positions respectively with 12 points each but Lamin United and Tallinding United have played more games than Latrikunda United.
