Wallidan climbed one point clear on top of the 2010-11 Gambia Football Association division one league standings following their hard fought 1-0 win over Armed Forces in the week seven fixtures at the Banjul Mini-stadium on Sunday.
Brikama United dropped to 2nd position on the league standing after a goalless draw with Bakau United at the Brikama Box Bar Mini-stadium on Saturday.
Current league champions GPA lost to the newly promoted side Young Africans 1-0 at the Banjul KG5 Mini-stadium the same day.
The city boys Real De Banjul thrashed struggling side Interior 2-0 in the other week seven fixtures at the Serrekunda East Mini-stadium on the same day.
In Sunday game, FA and Super Cup champions hammered Samger 4-1 at the Serrekunda East Mini-stadium on the same day.
Elsewhere, Steve Biko draw goalless with Africell in the all-Bakau derby game played at the Serrekunda West Mini-stadium on the same day.
Wallidan are now leading the league table with 16 points in seven games a single point ahead of 2nd position Brikama United, who bagged 15 points in seven games, whilst Armed Forces are 3rd position with 12 points in seven games.
Bakau United are 4th position with 12 points in seven games, Young Africans 5th position with 11points in seven games, Real De Banjul 6th position with 11 points in seven games, and Gamtel now 7th position with 9 points in seven games.
GPA are 8th position with 7 points in seven games, Samger 9th position with 6 points in seven games, Steve Biko 10th position with 4 points in seven games, Africell 2nd position from bottom with 4 points in seven games, while Interior lie at the bottom of the table with 3 points in seven games.
