The
demise of Alhagie O.B. Conateh is a sad and great loss to the Gambia; the
Gambia Democratic Congress party under the leadership of Honourable Mamma
Kandeh admits.
The

his friends, family and the entire sports fraternity.”

O.B. Conateh was the son our country will mourn for eternity. Fisco’s hard work
and relentless service to the country and sports earned him the prestigious
insignias of the Republic of the Gambia such as Member of the Republic of the
Gambia (MRG) and the National Order of the Gambia (ORG). It is a known fact
that many will continue to celebrate Fisco’s life due to good manners and
respect for humanity. He was a dear friend to the poor and the needy and had
lived the life of an outstanding statesman.”

Enterprises (NPE) Sea Food Processing Company, O.B. Trawlers Agency and
Wallidan Football Club (WFC); such legacy will continue to be a reflection of
his useful life.”
