Gambian athlete Adama Jammeh has yet again emerged as champion and this time at a Dakar Athletics championship.
He came out first in the 100meters and 200 meters running 10.40 seconds in the 100 meters and 21.08 seconds in the 200 meters final.
Adama, who also took part in the 4x100 meters relay, had the overall trophy for the championship.
Currently training in Dakar, Adama thanked Gambians and the athletics association for making things possible for the Gambian athletes as well as for his fellow athletes in Dakar.
At a recent IAAF grand prix in Abidjan, Adama Jammeh swept gold in both of his sprint events.
He also took gold in the 100 meters with a time of 10.47 seconds before grabbing gold in the 200 meters at 20.88 seconds.
